职位描述： Responsibilities 1. Leading Packaging design initiatives for both existing and new products; 2. Optimizing Packaging processes by planning and execution of cost effective project plans; 3. Packaging Design: (a)Product Marketing Sense (Sensitivity to understand what customer wants);(b)Basic packaging design (i.e. folding carton boxesskillets design). (c)Able to develop the packaging industrialization from the requirements. 4. Ensuring processes are validated and compliant with the validation procedures. Qualifications: 1.Bachelor＇s degree in Engineering and 3 years experience in a FDA industry (foods or homecare or health-related products) in a mnufacturing environment. 2. have knowledge of packaging technologies/state of the art/trends/design concepts; 3. Experience in Packaging Engineering and manufacturing operations process; and possess strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. 4. Understanding the key parameters of Packaging Processes.Able to stand by the
