职位描述：

Responsibilities: 1. Report to plant manager. 2. Take the leader to develop the procedures for operations. 3. Take the leader to Set up the Quality system for ISO 9000 and ISO 14000 with other departments. 4. Conduct the external audit and get the certificates from ISO Authentication Organization. 5. Lead Internal Audit and continuous improvement for Quality System. 6. Be responsible for following up environmental protection policy, ensure the company Operation Systems and facilities are complied with local environmental regulations. Requirements: 1. Bachelor Degree in Engineering or Management. 2. Good command of both written and verbal English, good communication skills. 3. Minimum 6 years in the Quality Engineering & Environmental Engineering field, experience in Manager Representative is a plus. 4. Experience in Die-casting & CNC machining field is prefered 5. Solid experience in implementation of ISO 9000 and ISO 14000 system, Strong knowledge of ISO 9000 and IS
