| Main goals of function
Handles sales activities of FasteningSystems, in-depth market development of FasteningSystems for the Construction / Building Industry, particularly in the roofing & cladding, steel structure, curtain wall segments, etc.
Based in Guangzhou, the candidate shall be as-signed with a geographical area including Pearl River Delta dominated south China.

Main tasks
Develops and implements strategic sales action plans to accommodate corporate goals in assigned area;
Specification selling with design institutes, architects, consultants; Follow up major building projects from design stage to supply stage;
Develop and maintain strong, sustainable relationship with end-users by creating & providing intensive technical & marketing value-added solutions for the end-users;
Intensive visits to customers, on-site training for customers’ installation team, etc.
Responsible for achieving turnover budget in assigned geographical area.
