职位描述： The ideal candidate should have: 1.Strong US GAAP and PRC GAAP knowledge and ensuring compliance to China statutory reporting, compliance with China taxation laws and dealing with Tax agents . 2.Excellent English and Mandarin speaking & writing skills 3.Work and education experience in the US or Europe, preferred 4.Have demonstrated an absolute loyalty and integrity to Western Company values 5.Excellent interpersonal skills across the board 6.Currently in a controllership position in China working for a US or Western European multi-national HQ Company 7.Experienced in China WFOE Operations 8.7-10 years manufacturing financial management experience 9.Strong cost accounting knowledge and Oracle system experience preferred 10.Public accounting firm experience preferred The ideal candidate will have a dual reporting relationship; reporting to the General Manager, Plant Operations and the Asia Pacific Finance Director.
